I believe that healing is both a spark and a transformation—an ember that ignites growth and a bloom that flourishes with care. Our practice is built on the foundation of deep, intentional therapy that honors your unique experiences, relationships, and the stories that shape you.
I’m a therapist, educator, and fierce advocate for self-discovery, empowerment, and authentic connection.
For over eight years, I’ve worked with individuals and polyamorous systems, creating a space where clients can explore their identities, challenges, and aspirations—without fear of judgment. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and deeply rooted in radical self-acceptance.
As a practitioner of polyamory and relationship anarchy for over 15 years, I understand the nuances of nontraditional relationships, personal autonomy, and emotional resilience—not just in theory, but in lived experience. Whether you’re navigating relational dynamics, personal growth, or major life transitions, I’m here to help you move through them with intention and care.
In addition to my work as a supervisor and speaker, I currently serve as the Clinical Director for ABC Counseling, where I support clinicians, oversee care practices, and continue advocating for trauma-informed, affirming services. This leadership role allows me to stay deeply connected to the field while continuing to grow and serve my community with integrity.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Instead, we tailor therapy to fit you—your story, your struggles, and your strengths. My work is informed by:
✨ Brief Solution-Focused Therapy emphasizing Single Session / One Session at a Time
✨ Narrative Therapy & Collaborative Language Systems
✨ Open Dialogic Practices & Trauma-Informed Crisis Work
✨ Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy
✨ Couples Therapy with an emphasis on Alternative Relationship Practices
✨ EMDR & IFS trained and informed
✨ Feminist, Socio-Cultural, and Decolonial Practices
✨ Harm & Shame Reduction + Radical Acceptance
✨ Dissociative Disorders & Complex Trauma Support
Are You Ready to Begin?
If you’re looking for a space where you are truly seen and supported, I’d love to connect. Therapy should meet you where you are—not force you into a box.
Let’s build something meaningful—together.
