  • What Am I Working On?

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to education, community care, and expanding access to healing conversations. Whether I’m writing, speaking, or facilitating, each project is a love letter to the folks I serve—queer, neurodivergent, kinky, polyamorous, and healing in all the messy, magical ways. Here’s what I’m working on:

    📝 Radical Reflections — A LinkedIn Newsletter

Published weekly on LinkedIn, Radical Reflections is a space for therapists, supervisors, and change-makers to explore the complexities of healing work. From supervision that doesn’t suck to burnout recovery and relational ethics, I write with fierce honesty, humor, and heart. Follow along on LinkedIn for new posts every Wednesday.

🧠 The PolyTherapist — A Substack for Big Feelings and Bigger Truths

This is where I let it all out. The PolyTherapist is my Substack newsletter: a space for long-form essays, monthly reflections, and candid thoughts about being a therapist and relationship anarchist. Sign up to receive writings that are soft, radical, and unapologetically real. Subscribe on Substack

    🎤 Speaking at THRIVECon 2025 — Trauma-Informed Playtime

This summer, I’ll be presenting Trauma-Informed Playtime at THRIVECon—a talk designed to bridge the gap between kink-affirming care and trauma literacy. We’ll explore how play, power, and safety interact in kink, and how practitioners can show up with nuance, compassion, and skill.

🎓 My Dissertation — Clinically Active Marriage and Family Therapists During COVID-19

My doctoral dissertation explores the lived experiences of MFTs navigating clinical practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. It examines themes of resilience, burnout, innovation, and ethical care under crisis, with a lens on how we adapt, survive, and continue to hold space during collective trauma.

    💬 Polyamory 101 — A Summer Group

Launching Summer 2025, this group offers a shame-free, affirming space to explore what polyamory can look like for you. Whether you’re new to ENM or seeking more clarity and confidence in your relational values, this is a place to learn, unpack, and connect.

    🔗 Kink 101 — A Fall Group for the Curious & Courageous

Starting Fall 2025, this virtual group will center kink-positive, trauma-informed education for anyone exploring BDSM, power exchange, or erotic authenticity. No experience necessary—just a willingness to learn in community.

🛡 Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse — Late Summer Support Group

This late summer, I’ll be offering a group for survivors navigating the aftermath of narcissistic or antagonistic relational abuse. We’ll focus on rebuilding self-trust, setting boundaries, and healing from chronic invalidation and gaslighting, with compassion and care.

    🗣 Therapist Roundtable — Autumn 2025

Launching in the fall, the Therapist Roundtable is a facilitated community dialogue series for clinicians to gather, share, and learn from each other. Each session will center a theme—like power, ethics, or embodiment—and invite honest, non-hierarchical reflection in a brave space of collective growth.
